GetKozy.com is operated by Livell Company, a Florida business (“KOZY,” “GetKozy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, participating in an auction, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- Online Store Terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make purchases through GetKozy.com.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

GetKozy.com may offer products including, but not limited to:

Some products are handmade or individually modified. Because of the nature of these items, slight variations in dimensions, placement, construction, fabric pattern, color, stitching, or finish may occur.
These differences are part of the individual character of handmade and one-of-a-kind merchandise and are not necessarily defects.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors and appearance. Actual colors may vary depending on lighting, photography, monitors, phones, and other displays.
- Product Descriptions and Measurements
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, sizing information, measurements, materials, condition disclosures, and photographs.
Measurements provided for garments are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Sizing varies considerably among brands, manufacturers, eras, and garment styles. Customers should review actual garment measurements whenever provided rather than relying exclusively on the size printed on a tag.
For previously owned, vintage, altered, upcycled, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind merchandise, normal signs of age, handling, manufacturing variation, or prior use may be present and will be disclosed when reasonably identifiable.
- One-of-a-Kind and Cross-Listed Inventory
Many products offered by KOZY are unique or available in quantities of only one.
We may list inventory simultaneously on GetKozy.com and third-party marketplaces, including platforms such as Whatnot, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, or other sales channels.
We use inventory-management systems intended to synchronize availability across these channels. However, in rare circumstances, an item may sell through another channel before inventory synchronization is completed.
If an unavailable item is accidentally purchased, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund for that item.
We are not responsible for additional damages arising from the cancellation of an item that became unavailable due to a simultaneous or near-simultaneous sale.
- Prices
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without notice.
Prices offered on GetKozy.com may differ from prices offered during livestreams, auctions, promotional events, marketplaces, or other sales channels.
A price offered through one channel does not obligate us to offer the same price through another channel.
Discount codes, promotions, credits, and offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.
- Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

The applicable product page or promotion will state the amount or percentage intended to be donated and, when applicable, the intended recipient organization.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such promotions are conducted independently by KOZY and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the benefiting organization or any person associated with it.
- Payment
Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or other authorized third-party payment processors.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
We do not directly control all aspects of third-party payment-processing systems.
Payment processors may apply their own terms, security procedures, fraud prevention systems, or verification requirements.
- Taxes
Applicable sales tax and other transaction taxes may be calculated and collected based on the shipping address, applicable law, marketplace rules, or payment-provider requirements.
Customers are responsible for taxes or duties not collected at checkout when legally applicable.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times shown on GetKozy.com are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.
Processing times may vary depending on whether an item is ready-to-ship, handmade, customized, made-to-order, or part of a special event.

Children should use applicable heat or cold products only with appropriate adult supervision.
- Customer Accounts
Customers may create accounts through GetKozy.com.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and access credentials.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless unauthorized activity is reported to us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, harassment, manipulation of promotions or auctions, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.
- Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, feedback, testimonials, or other content through GetKozy.com, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
By submitting content specifically for publication through our website or promotional channels, you grant KOZY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting KOZY.
You retain ownership of your original content.

Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Before publishing, I would make one small addition once you know what business address you want publicly associated with Livell Company. Shopify's Privacy Policy and some consumer/payment disclosures are where the legal mailing address becomes especially important.
This is a business-oriented template rather than legal advice; for a national store, having counsel review the final policies is worthwhile once we're past tonight's launch.
Next, I would generate the other three together so the language agrees across the entire site: Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
